The Perfect Formula to a Perfect Lawn

Our 10-Step Installation Process.

STEP 1

Remove any existing grass and minimum 3” of topsoil by sod cutter and/or hand tools.

Transfer and dispose of removal (at a “green” recycling center when possible).

Deliver and install free-draining base of Class II base (¼” to ¾” gravel + decomposed granite), compacted by machine and hand to 90% density.

Install landscaping fabric (weed block).

Deliver, roll out and install synthetic grass in 12’ or 15’ rolls.

Anchor turf with 6” bright common nails.

Glue seams, or secure with 6” sod staples.

Fibrillate turf with motorized broom and hand brooms.

Apply infill with spreader to appropriate depth.

Final grooming with motorized broom and hand brooms.
